One Week Left!

Hello DS-C6D alternate universe creators! There is ONE week left until our first posting weekend! YAYAYAYAY! That means there are eleven and twenty-one weeks left 'til our other deadlines. We VERY MUCH HOPE you can post at least a little something next weekend, but no worries if you need to wait. We are cheering you on no matter what!

Ack, I don't know! My project keeps growing, omg. One piece has been to beta & needs a little retooling, but sadly it's an original character instead of anyone that the audience would actually recognize. I may try to put something together anyway, though.

RL is hugely in my way atm, so it's going slow. I AM really enjoying myself, though. I have sketches of everything I want to make, plus I keep having more (and more) ideas. IDEK what this will turn out to be when it's finally done. *g*

Hopefully I will post three things:

- sedoretu fic
- podfic of sedoretu fic, if I have time (yeah, I got the idea to do that because it will give me a huge amount of points for amplificathon, what with all the pairings, but I think it'll be a fun story to record, too)
- apocalypse podfic (collaboration with podfic_lover)

I was just working on the sedoretu fic now, actually! Hopefully the final draft will be done tomorrow so I can send it to beta. The apocalypse podfic is maybe half done? Inga and I are sending bits of recording back and forth. But it's a short story, so I'm sure we'll be able to finish it.

Ha, I never feel like I'm productive? Like, this is the first fic that isn't a short flashfic or snippet that I'll be done with since the holidays. But OTOH, I've been working on that Temeraire fic as well.

So okay, maybe I should be giving myself credit for being productive, then!

I'm on track to post the first chapter/teaser next weekend! The idea at the moment is to post all the remaining chapters in one go for the second posting weekend. Hopefully, anyway! :)

I have been enjoying it. I've been having a lot of fun reading about the 1930s and Prohibition.
