Oh, I am SO excited about this! Mountie!Caroline! And that bit about her and Buck closing the ranks after Bob died got me right where I live (I adore anything that even hints at Bob/Buck/Caroline, and I love that Caroline was able to keep living her life, that she wasn't destroyed by this like Bob was in canon). And Benton calling Buck Dad, ahdhfksljf. Oh, and the matter of fact way Caroline and Buck treat being haunted by Bob, and Benton not being able to see him--I wonder if he ever thinks Caroline and Buck are totally unhinged. I cannot cannot cannot wait to read more of this, I am already utterly enthralled.
