I still haven't got to a complete first draft, but things are progressing. I've just - I mean, like a half hour ago - decided to replace one of my important secondary characters with a completely different character, which ordinarily would have me running around squeaking in distress, but in this case it might make some bits of the story easier for me. We shall see how that goes.

Am having some doubts about whether I'll manage to have things buttoned up by the upcoming posting date, but I'm trying for it, anyway. :)
