First, apologies for the radio silence on the modly front this past week. (Um, life happened. Sorry!) Please remember that our second posting wknd is coming up June 21-23.

Second, we're going to be having ANOTHER CHAT the weekend of June 8. Please comment to let us know if Saturday June 8 or Sunday June 9 is better for you. Also, our recent chats have been at 2pm Chicago/19:00 GMT, but we can change/alternate the time to meet people's needs. Please indicate what time will work for you on these days.

Okay, that's the administrivia. Hi! Happy Monday! How's it going? Did you do any work on your AU this weekend?

Feel free to tell us about your progress, or conversely, to complain about your lack of it. Both are encouraged--we all know what it's like to be stuck, be caught up in RL, or to be distracted by other shiny things. : )

I almost have a first draft! \o/

I know, that's kind of pathetic this late in the posting round, but the story keeps wriggling around and changing its mind, so now that it looks like it might be settling down, I'm doing the Dance of Joy.

Also, for some reason I had stuck in my brain that the next posting weekend was June 10 - which isn't even a weekend! - so finding out I've got nearly two weeks more than I thought is cause for CAPITAL LETTERS OF GLEE. :D

Fabulous! Congratulations! And yay for there being more time. The other night I started making a pair of ballet flats instead of working on the AU stuff, which, um. Oops? (This is NOT going according to plan.)

Also, do you have a chat day & time preference, assuming you're free that weekend? If not, no worries. I'm just trying to gather data. *g*

I... hum. Y'know, I don't think I even know how to DO a chat thing, but still, I'd probably pass. I tend to not talk much about an in-process project. They seem to lose steam when I do that. I don't know why. *confused face*

You know what, I too was convinced the next posting weekend was the 10th. No idea why! I only realised this morning it's a Monday...
